Nursery- "We've been really impressed with the curriculum and range of activities that my child has been involved with this year, He is often taught new things or come back with new words that have bowled us over. We've been really impressed by the amazing staff andd their endless dedication!"
Reception - "We have been so impressed by the care and attention that goes into all the activities at Benton Dene. We are so happy that our child is in such a great school,"
Year 1 - "We have been so impressed with the offerings of cluba and activities this year. The trips organised have been a huge highlight of my child's year and we appreciate the effort that goes into organising them. We feel the school staff are all approachable if we have any concerns and communication is excellent and timley.Thank you for everything!"

Getting in Touch with the Right Person
We always value communication with our families and want to make sure your messages reach the right person as
quickly as possible.
In most cases, we ask parents and carers to contact the class teacher first, as they know your child best. If you feel
your concern needs to be taken further, the escalation process is:
1. Class Teacher
2. Phase Leader
3. Assistant Head
4. Deputy Head
5. Headteacher
Alternativley, for specific enquiries realting to SEND issues or pastoral related queries, you can request a telephone call or a meeting with Ms de Courcy or Mrs Smith (SENDCOs)
If your enquiry realtes to pastoral issues or attendance, you can request a telephone call or a meeting with Mrs Reiling (Family Liaison).
For non-urgent matters, staff will normally respond within five working days, however, if you have an urgent safeguarding concern, please contact the school office straight away and a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) will respond as soon as possible.
